  • If you are experiencing technical problems with any library online resource, such as broken links, catalog errors, database* problems, etc. and your attempts to troubleshoot the issue have failed,
  • You can request help at: https://lib.asu.edu/systems/help.  
    • Sign in with your ASURITE ID and password
    • Fill out and submit the form
    • One of our technical support staff will respond via email to you as soon as possible.  

*For "400 Bad Request: Request Header or Cookie Too Large" errors when trying to access an article or database, please try the fixes listed in that FAQ before submitting a ticket.
