Q. What is ASU Library’s Home Delivery Program, and how does it work?


Answer


The Home Delivery Program allows ASU students, faculty, and staff to request most physical ASU Library materials for delivery to their home address via FedEx shipping. For those on Native Lands or Rural Routes, materials are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Home Delivery service is available to ASU affiliates who live outside the Phoenix metropolitan/Maricopa County area but within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Requesting items:

  1. When requesting ASU Library materials through the ASU Library website, please select "Personal Delivery" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Enter your complete home address for each item requested.

Shipping details:

ASU Library materials will be shipped by FedEx 2-day express shipping excluding weekends and Federal Holidays. USPS shipping averages approximately 5 business days.
