Q. How will I receive my notifications or scanned request?


If you've submitted your request via ILLiad:

  • All notifications will be sent to the email address provided in your ILLiad account. Please read the notification carefully as it may provide instructions to access your requested material through alternative means, or it may ask for additional information to continue processing your request.
  • If your request can be fulfilled, the notification will include a link to log into your ILLiad account to obtain your scanned request.

If you've submitted your request via a service ticket through the ASU Library Ask a Librarian Service:

  • Your fulfilled request and any notifications will come as replies to your ticket submission. If your request is able to be fulfilled it will be attached as a PDF file.
