Q. How do I access government information and government documents?

  • ASU Library's Government Documents staff can assist in identifying and locating government information resources. Use the GovDoc-Info form to contact us.
  • ASU students, faculty and staff can request government documents directly from the ASU online catalog.
  • Public and non-ASU users can request government documents, found through the ASU online catalog, by filling out the Request Materials form, and may be picked up by scheduling an appointment using the GovDoc-Info form.
  • Members of the public may use a library workstation to access government information online by scheduling an appointment using the GovDoc-Info form.

Are there limitations on access?

  • ALL users must follow acceptable ASU Library rules and procedures. 
  • Only ASU affiliates and community borrowing cardholders may borrow / check out our government documents.
