Q. What does the library being open for "remote services only" mean?

Starting Tuesday March 31, the ASU Library is now open for remote services only.  This means that our library locations are not open for use for studying, printing or in-person consultations.

Our expert librarians and other information professionals are available online via Ask a Librarian and Ask an Archivist.  LibGuides, a set of online research guides with librarian curated links to online resources, are available 24/7.

For patrons located within Maricopa County, we are offering a book take-out service each afternoon at Hayden Library for items that have been requested through the ASU Library catalog system; users will be notified when their items are ready for pick up. Pick up is available Monday - Friday, 10am-Noon; Tuesday 6:00pm-7:30pm.

For those who are located outside of Maricopa County, you can take advantage of our home delivery service by choosing "home delivery" as your pickup location and entering your domestic street mailing address.
