  • Where can I find the Library Lockers?
    • The library lockers are located on Tempe Campus at Armstrong Hall. Take the stairs down to the lower level and they will be just outside the study areas for Gotham and Mordor.
  • What are Armstrong Hall’s hours?
    • Monday-Thursday 8 AM to 10 PM
    • Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
    • Saturday CLOSED
    • Sunday 5 PM to 10 PM
  • Who can use this service? Is there a fee involved?
    • All current ASU affiliates can use the Library Lockers, and there is no fee to use these lockers.
  • Do I need a library card to check out materials from the lockers?  
    • You will need your ASU Sun Card in order to access the lockers.
  • Can my proxy use their proxy card to access the lockers?
    • The Sun Card of the account holder is required to access the lockers. 
  • Can I return books at the Library Locker?
    • Yes, you can! There’s a bin marked “Returns”- look for it in the lower right-hand corner of the Library Locker itself. 
  • I received an email that my pick-up location changed.  Why?
    • There are several reasons why this may have happened.  Sometimes the item requested will not fit in the locker.  Sometimes so many items were requested that there isn’t enough space in the lockers.  
    • Your pickup location was changed to Noble Library, and the staff at the Noble Library Information Desk (480-965-2600) will have more information regarding your items.
  • I don’t have my Sun Card. 
    • Contact Noble Library staff (480-965-2600) who will move the items on hold to a different library location, of the library user’s choosing.
  • I returned items to the Return bin, but they are still on my library account?
    • Library staff retrieve items from the Armstrong Hall locker return bin several times per day.  If it has been more than 24 hours since you returned your items, please contact Noble Library.
  • Can I get a receipt for returning my items?
    • The library locker does not print receipts.  You can check your library account online later in the day to confirm that the items are no longer on your account. 
  • I’m standing at the Locker, and my Sun Card isn’t working.
    • Call Noble Library staff at 480-965-2600.  Either someone can walk over to you and open the locker, or the items can be transferred to a different location later in the day.  
  • How long will my requests stay in the locker?
    • After 7 days, library materials will be sent back to their owning libraries.
