Q. Why am I getting inconsistent request options when I click on Get It! @ ASU?
Answer
Different request options appear or do not appear when using Get It! @ ASU, depending on whether you are on or off campus, and whether you have signed in to the library system before you click the Get It! @ ASU icon or link.
ON CAMPUS (NOT signed in to ASU Library system)
- Click: Get It! @ ASU
- When you see the sign in prompt, click: Sign In
- If clicking Sign In doesn't automatically log you in...
- You will be prompted to sign in with your ASURITE ID and password.
- Click on an option, complete the form, and submit as instructed:
- For items we own, these options should appear...
- Request ASU Copy
- Request Chapter Scan
- For items we do not own, this option should appear...
- Request External Copy
- For items we own, these options should appear...
ON CAMPUS (already signed in to the ASU Library system)
- Click: Get It! @ ASU
- If the request options or the sign in option do not appear:
- Go back and click Get It! @ ASU again.
- Click on an option, complete the form, and submit as instructed:
- For items we own, these options should appear...
- Request ASU Copy
- Request Chapter Scan
- For items we do not own, this option should appear...
- Request External Copy
- For items we own, these options should appear...
