Q. Where do I pick up ILL items? Who can receive home delivery?

Answer


If you live within the Phoenix metropolitan/Maricopa County area, you can pick up your physical Interlibrary Loan items at the ASU Library you select when you submit the ILL request.

If you live outside the Phoenix metropolitan/Maricopa County area, and within the United States, you can have physical Interlibrary Loan items delivered to your home address.

To change your pickup location within your Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) account:

  1. Access your Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) account.
  2. If the system prompts you to sign in, select Sign In. Sign in with your ASURITE ID and password.
  3. On the left side of the ILLiad page, in the Tools section, select Change User Information.
  4. Choose one of the ASU Library locations from the Select a pickup location for Loan pickups dropdown list.
  5. At the bottom of the page, save your choice by selecting Submit Information. The selected pickup location applies to your requests, with the exception of items requested within One Search.
