Q. How do I change my Interlibrary Loan pick up location in One Search and ILLiad?

For requests you make within One Search...

  • Within the item record:
    • If the system prompts you to Sign In, click: Sign In
      • (Sign in with your ASURITE ID and password.)
    • When you are signed in, scroll down to the Get It section.
      • In the REQUEST OPTIONS section, click: Request ASU Copy
      • Select a pickup location using the Pickup Location drop-down.
      • (The selected pickup location applies to this request only.)

To change your pickup location within your Interlibrary Loan (ILLIAD) account...

  • Access your Interlibrary Loan (ILLIAD) account
  • If the system prompts you to Sign In, click: Sign In
    • (Sign in with your ASURITE ID and password.)
  • On the menu bar of your ILLIAD page, in the Profile section:
    • Click: Update Profile
    • Choose one of the ASU Library locations from the Select a pickup location for Loan pickups dropdown list.
    • At the bottom of the page, save your choice by clicking: Submit Information
      • (The selected pickup location applies to your requests, with the exception of items requested within One Search as detailed above.)
