Q. I can't connect to a database or read a journal article. What do I do?
If you are getting an error when trying to access an article, database, or resource, please try the following:
- Click the Get It @ ASU link a second time if you are in a database.
- Refresh the page.
- Sign in or out of One Search or My ASU.
If you are a current ASU student, faculty or staff and can't open the full text, you can request a copy of the article through your Interlibrary Loan ILLIAD account.
