Q. I've requested scans of articles from a journal and haven't received a notice that my request was received....
The screen shot below is the only notification that shows your request has been placed successfully in our queue. (If your place in the queue is 0, no one else is in the queue for that item ahead of you.)
To check the status of your requests:
- At the top of the library home page, click on: Accounts
- Sign into My Library Account
- To view all of your ASU Library catalog requests within My Account, click: REQUESTS
- If you no longer need a request, you can cancel it from the Requests screen.
